A devastating attack. A twisted conspiracy. A fight for the fate of the largest city in the world.

For Sha Moonsun and her Fox Den of thieves and found family, life in the destitute Fourth Ward of Razgov–known as the Endless City–has never been easy. But when an inexplicable attack turns their home to ruin, Sha and the Foxes are mysteriously summoned before the Commander of the City Watch.  He reveals that a mage who sees glimpses of the future has had a vision that includes not only the Den but Ezra Vandertu, the only son of one of the Razgov’s most prominent families. The vision suggests the unlikely group may be the key to the Endless City’s salvation, and whatever their differences, they’ll have to work together to stop the danger that’s coming.

Sha’s band of misfits join forces with the handsome but enigmatic Vandertu on an adventure that will take them from the massive cavern world of Razgov’s infamous Undercity to the very halls of power that govern the largest metropolis on the map.  Along the way, Sha discovers just how many dangers lurk beneath the surface of the place she calls home.  From secret mages to rebel safehouses, every step reveals a new mystery, and time is running out to stop the powers conspiring to bring the Endless City to its knees. 

Can Sha and her Foxes overcome the ghosts of their pasts and finally do something worth remembering? Can she really trust the charming Vandertu, especially after she learns he’s harboring a dark and destructive secret?  And can the Fox Den use the skills they’ve honed to save the Endless City before it’s too late?
